The K1 Pro retains GravaStar’s signature dual-mount architecture, enabling users to switch between a cushioned, flexible gasket mount for a soft and bouncy keystroke, or a top-mount configuration for a firmer, uniform bottom-out feel. Beneath the switch plate lies a 5-layer acoustic dampening matrix consisting of PORON sandwich foam, IXPE switch pads, PET sound-optimizing film, and bottom silicone dampening to eliminate hollow metal reverberations and produce a deep, clean “thocky” sound. The keyboard comes standard with factory-lubricated Kailh Linear Switches, delivering a silky-smooth travel with zero scratchiness. The universal hot-swappable PCB natively supports both 3-pin and 5-pin MX-style mechanical switches without soldering.
